Fun with Friends

The last week has been fun for the girls, they have had lots of friends over to play.
Here is Addison with Julie's adorable Emerson ... she is about a week younger than Addison. They enjoy just watching eachother and taking turns tasting all the toys.

On Thursday afternoon we got to babysit baby Kennedi, who is the best dressed baby I know. Don't you just love those shoes? :)

Noelle enjoys being a little mommy, making sure the 'little kids' have plenty of toys to play with.

Then Jackson came over that night. Noelle decided she was going to play the piano, and Jackson wanted in on the fun. Too cute!

Little Bits of News

Sorry so long since a post ... I'll blame it on busy tax time. Pretty much whenever I get time at the computer, I am working, but time for a break from that. Nothing real earth shattering going on at our house over the past few weeks, but here are just a few bits of news on each of the girls ... Noelle is just a non-stop chatterbox, and never ceases to make mommy and daddy laugh. On Saturday morning, she had french toast sticks for breakfast, she called them 'toast fries'. Logical, I suppose? You never know what she's going to come up with. She also loves to pick out her own clothes, and chooses several different outfits throughout the day. Most of the time she picks jammies, summer clothes, or a certain bright colored cardigan that matches nothing ... mommy is going to have to work on her sense of humor. :) Now that it is starting to warm up, we are finally able to spend time outdoors again ... Noelle's favorite place to be. Back to wagon rides, visiting the cows and climbing up and down the deck stairs. One more month til her birthday, two years old already!! And Addison is over halfway through her first year, 7 months old now. Poor sweetie got her first ear infection this weekend, along with a nasty cold. Hoping we're not starting a trend with her too. She has hair now, it is blonde and very fine so it stands straight up, too cute. And she can finally wear bows, although mommy did have fun with the headbands and hats. I think her favorite part of the day is bathtime. The moment we walk into the bathroom after supper she starts bouncing and squealing and waving her arms. Now that she is sitting up in the tub she loves splashing and laughing at silly Noelle. The one thing in life that she is stubborn about is food, it must be warm and it must not be cereal. She looks at me with those sweet innocent eyes but she clamps her lips shut til mommy finally gives up. It is so amazing to me how different the two of them are, it is so fun to watch their personalities develop. And I just love them both to pieces! Here are a few random pics too ...

These days it is almost impossible to get Noelle to stop and pose for a pic, she is always on the move!
